For SHS students who will take subjects in advance, assessments may be generated from the student portal starting May 24, 2022.

For PKD to SHS Regular, assessments may be generated from the student portal starting May 24, 2022.

For College 1st Year, the assessment will be sent to the student's email on June 1, 2022 onwards.

For College 2nd to 4th Year, the assessment will be sent to the student's email after enrollment advising, during the enrollment period July 19 to 23, 2022. Please check https://college.cksc.edu.ph for announcements.

For PKD to SHS, school fees will be assessed on a per school year basis. Payment options of up to four installmentswill be available.

For College, school fees will be assessed per semester.

A customized assessment will be generated from the student portal upon selection of the desired installment plan.

As replacement to the 300 AUB Discount, the cash discounts for whole year and semi-annual payments were increased from 4% to 5% and 2% to 2.5%, respectively. These will be given if fees are paid online or through banks AND within announced enrollment dates.

For Grades 1 to 10 online classes, there will be a PhP10,000 whole year discount on miscellaneous. There will be no miscellaneous discount for hybrid learning.

For Nursery to Kinder online classes, there will be a PhP5,000 whole year discount on miscellaneous. There will be no miscellaneous discount for hybrid learning.

Book assessment and payment shall also be generated via the student portal. Please wait for the announcement regarding when book sales shall commence.

CONFIRMATION

After payment, submit transaction details and proof of payment through the Student Portal:

  1. Go to https://my.cksc.edu.ph 

  2. Click on the link labeled “Payment” 

  3. Enter Student Number and Surname

  4. Enter payment and transaction details, and upload scanned image/ photo of proof of payment

An automated response shall be sent to the student’s My.CKSC e-mail, confirming receipt of transaction details.

Payment verification shall take 3-5 business days after submission of proof of payment.

Upon payment verification, a confirmation e-mail shall be sent to the student’s My.CKSC e-mail.
